Wonder’s Peasy Easy Pizza

Pizza1 

Notes:

One cup = 250ml Australian metric standard cup

One table  spoon = 25ml

Oven temperature = Centigrade 

Ingredients:

One and one half cups of self raising flour.

Plain flour for kneading.

One third cup of skim powdered milk.

Two table spoons of vegetable oil.

One half cup of warm water.

Three to four table spoons of sauce.

One cup of grated cheese

One cup of diced meat of  your choice.

Salt and Pepper to taste.

Method:

Preheat oven to 180o fan forced or 190o  non-fan forced.

Combine in a bowl together the  self raising flour, skim milk powder, oil and warm water. Mix together thoroughly to form a dough and if the mixture seems dry add an little more water if needed. Once mixed, place on a table sprinkled with plain flour and place your dough upon it and knead it until pliable.

Take your kneaded dough and roll out on your table sprinkled with plain flour, using a dry rolling pin into a circle shape. If your dough sticks to your rolling pin; Rub an pinch of plain flour over the rolling pin.

Once your pizza dough base is  rolled out place it on a lightly greased tray and spread over it your sauce. Use a table spoon and move it in a gentle circular  motion to spread the sauce.  Sprinkle over your  sauce the grated cheese and the  diced meat. Spice with a little salt and pepper  to taste.

Cooking:

Place the prepared pizza in to your preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
